Introduction
These terms govern your use of Yellow Cab of Rancho Cordova's transportation services, this website and its booking form (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Booking requests
When you submit a booking through this website or by phone, you are making a request for transportation. All bookings are subject to driver availability and to our confirmation, which dispatch gives by phone.
Fares
Fares are metered. Any estimate given before a trip is an approximation only; the final fare may vary with the route taken, waiting time, traffic conditions, tolls and other factors.
Cancellations
Please cancel a pre-booked trip as early as you can by calling dispatch. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for bookings cancelled with insufficient notice or for no-shows.
Safety and conduct
All passengers must wear seatbelts. The driver may refuse service to any passenger who appears to be intoxicated to the point of being unable to care for themselves, or who poses a risk to the safety of the driver or others. Smoking, vaping and consuming alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers must not distract the driver or interfere with the operation of the vehicle.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of the trip unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards and approved electronic payment methods. For corporate accounts, payment terms are set out in the corporate agreement. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee for excessive mess or damage to a vehicle.
Limitation of liability
While we strive to provide reliable and timely service, we cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or will meet your specific requirements. Yellow Cab of Rancho Cordova shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control; items left in our vehicles (although we will make reasonable efforts to return found items); or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific trip giving rise to the claim.
Lost property
We are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. If you believe you have left something behind, contact us immediately. If it is found we will make reasonable efforts to return it, and may charge a reasonable fee for doing so based on time and distance.
Accessibility
Please tell us about any special requirements when booking so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

The content of this website is provided for general information only. You must not use it in any way that might damage, disable or impair it; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; extract data from it by automated means; or use our name or artwork without permission.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Yellow Cab of Rancho Cordova and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. The revised terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sacramento County, California.
