Welcome to Yellow Cab of Rancho Cordova. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our transportation services, website, and booking platform (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Booking and Transportation Services
Booking Requests
When you submit a booking request through our website, mobile app, or by phone, you are making an offer to use our transportation services. All bookings are subject to driver availability and our confirmation.
Fare Estimates
Any fare estimates provided before your trip are approximations only. The final fare may vary based on the actual route taken, waiting time, traffic conditions, tolls, and other factors.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for bookings canceled with insufficient notice or for no-shows. For pre-booked trips, please cancel at least 2 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Safety and Conduct
For safety reasons, we require all passengers to wear seatbelts at all times. The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who appears to be intoxicated to the point of being unable to care for themselves or poses a risk to the safety of the driver or others.
Smoking, vaping, and consuming alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers must not distract the driver or interfere with the operation of the vehicle.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your trip unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.
For corporate accounts, payment terms are specified in your corporate agreement. Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees for excessive messes or damage to our vehicles.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable and timely service, we cannot guarantee that our Services will be available at all times or will meet your specific requirements. Yellow Cab of Rancho Cordova shall not be liable for:
- Delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Items left in our vehicles (although we will make reasonable efforts to return found items)
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities
Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of the use of our Services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific transportation service giving rise to such claim.
Lost Property
We are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. However, if you believe you have left an item in one of our taxis, please contact us immediately. If the item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it to you, though we may charge a reasonable fee for returning items based on time and distance.
Service Accessibility
We strive to provide accessible transportation services to all customers, including those with disabilities. Please notify us of any special requirements when booking to ensure we can provide appropriate accommodations.
Website and App Usage
The content on our website and mobile app is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our website or app at any time without notice.
You are prohibited from:
- Using our website or app in any way that might damage, disable, or impair functionality
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
- Using automated systems or software to extract data (screen scraping)
- Using our intellectual property without express permission
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Yellow Cab of Rancho Cordova and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
