Book a Taxi

1. Booking and Cancellation

By booking a ride with Yellow Cab RC, you agree to these terms and conditions. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or through our mobile app. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Fare and Payment

All fares are calculated based on distance traveled and time taken. The estimated fare provided at the time of booking is an approximation, and the actual fare may vary. Payment must be made in full at the end of the journey.

3. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and the vehicle. Yellow Cab RC reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, abusive, or exhibiting disruptive behavior.

4. Lost Items

Yellow Cab RC is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or left behind in the vehicle. However, we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return any found items.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide service 24/7, availability may be affected by high demand, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
